Patrice is a Corporate Environmental Advisor with over 28 years’ experience in industrial and environmental management.
A leader in environmental impact assessment and an Certified Environmental Practitioner she established CQG in 2004 as a professional consultancy to deliver practical, creative and cost effective solutions to clients throughout Australia and South East Asia. With a background in agriculture (beef and sugar), qualifications in engineering, science and business and a passion for enabling sustainable development Patrice and her team are sought out to deliver environmental and development advisory services to a broad range of clients. She is a regular presenter at national and international conferences as an advocate for protecting environmental and cultural values through partnerships and finding better ways of doing things. A member of the Queensland Premier’s Business Advisory Council, a non-executive director on the Gladstone Area Water Board and a member of the CQUniversity Council, Patrice has over ten years’ experience as a board director on State, Federal and not-for-profit economic development boards.

Andrew is an executive engineer with more than 25 years of practical and broad industry experience.
His background has incorporated national senior site roles in mining, heavy industry, sugar refining, sugar milling, meat processing, coal handling, timber processing and solar salt production and refining.
Andrew specialities include industrial and environmental engineering, concept design, feasibility studies, tender preparation, and project, contractor, waste and and tenure management. Having worked in both the domestic and international salt industry Andrew is a well respected salt technologist.
He provides practical solutions to clients through innovative, big picture thinking.

Cathee has over 17 years’ of environmental advisory expertise and business experience in various senior and management roles in the private and public sector, including for government (local and federal), industry and private consulting firms.
She is a qualified environmental auditor with a pragmatic approach that is appreciated by our clients and regulators. Cathee’s areas of expertise include environmental compliance, permitting and approvals, management plans, impact assessment and auditing. She has managed several large multi-disciplinary environmental impact assessment projects, and has prepared numerous reports for development permits and EIS applications.
Cathee is committed to quality, attention to detail and timely delivery of projects.
She is supported by a team of scientists, ecologists and spatial analysts committed to providing simple solutions to environmental challenges.

Alison has over 10 years’ experience in administration and financial roles working in the private sector.
A quality control and contract management specialist, Alison is the backbone of the CQG Business Support Unit and provides high-level operational, administrative, marketing, safety and human resource management support to the CQG team.
Alison provides project management financial and contract assistance on small to large scale CQG client projects across a broad range of markets from large corporates to small medium enterprises (SME’s) to individual private clients.
As part of her commitment to develop, implement and manage CQG’s Quality Health Safety and Environment (QHSE) systems (including ISO 9001, ISO14001 and AS/NZ 4801 certifications), Alison undertakes internal audits, coordination of third party external auditing, management reporting, incident and hazard reporting and risk control. She also chairs the CQG QHSE Committee.
